Lets see where to start, as a young boy I was always known as the skinny kid and i was actually really skinny I weight around 97 pounds and this was in 8th grade. As i got to High School year my weight did not really go up and I tried eating everything and i mean everything. I actually ate Mc Donalds for a whole week and the most I gained was 1 pound and I was like what the hell is going on here. When I graduated I started to think about college and how i still looked like a little skinny kid with a big head and a small body aka Hey Arnold. So guess what, I started working out and it has been about 9 months that i have been working out and progress has shown I actually weigh around 145. So for all the people that that are trying to gain weight and get lean muscle not that crazy muscle where you can't even wipe your on ass i will give you my tips and tricks of how i did it
                                                     The different types of bodies
To start of with it all depends how you stand, by that i mean. If your skinny, chubby, or fat. If your chubby your lucky because you are in between the two of them and you will see results quicker. Lets start of with the skinny ones  go heavy on weights and eat like 6 times a day especially if you have a fast metabolism. For the overweight people depends because first thing they would want to do is loose weight and gain a little muscle in the beginning but ones it hits a point where they want to get muscle, if they go heavy they will tend to stretch out more and have a lot strength like football players and if they want to be regular then they wiill have to go low and a little heavy. For chubby people they tend to get ripped and and big because they have an option so loose a little weight and go hard on the weights. Main problems that a lot of people deal with is that it is all about genetics so some people will tend to grow fast or get ripped fast also some people try to get ripped but they are strong but you can not see it.
